In the morning, Milica teaches you how to prepare fresh fish for lunch, as well as a traditional way to make the side dishes. Then you eat together under the pomegranate tree, sipping limoncello between bites. Your soul is rejuvenated, and you don’t want to leave.”

“This Airbnb find will forever remain one of my favorite places I’ve ever discovered. To get there, you have to drive up the hill on a rather treacherous road, then carry your luggage on your back as you walk through the water to reach the house. But once you arrive, the reward is immense. At night, you fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the house. In the morning, you put the coffee maker on, and while the coffee is brewing, you go for a dip in the ocean. It’s absolutely wonderful—I’ve never experienced anything like it.”
