In a travel landscape shaped by impersonal, soulless catalogues, The Host takes a different path — one rooted in people and quality. Each place is chosen for its charm, its authenticity, and the warmth of its welcome. Behind every address is a story, an encounter, a singular atmosphere.

Born from passion and expertise

Founded by Marine Madani (co-founder of Le Moulin and Solézane) and Mégane Rouault (founder of M, l’agence), The Host was born out of recognized expertise in the hospitality and hotel industry. Their goal: to offer a booking platform dedicated to hotels, guesthouses, and vacation rentals in France and abroad. Enhanced by a travel media platform and a club that brings together a community of passionate hosts and travelers.

Working alongside them, Domitille Millet-Barquez (artistic director and founder of Studio Roseline) shapes The Host’s visual identity and supports the project’s development on a daily basis. Cyrille Jacques, an investor and entrepreneur in the hospitality industry, brings his strategic perspective to the evolution of the model.
