2. Service description
THE HOST provides a service that connects customers with partner accommodation providers (hotels, bed-and-breakfasts, vacation rentals, etc.).
The platform allows customers to discover properties selected by the Company and to contact hosts to arrange a stay.
THE HOST is not a booking platform and does not collect any payments on behalf of hosts.
The Company acts solely as an intermediary for visibility and contact.
3. Booking / Contact Us
The Website allows the Customer to send a contact request to a partner accommodation provider.
This does not constitute a firm reservation and does not bind THE HOST.
All reservations, confirmations, or transactions are made directly between the Guest and the Host, in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
4. Payment
No payments are made through the Site.
Any payment for a stay is made directly to the Host, in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the Guest and the Host.
THE HOST does not charge the Client any commission or service fees for connecting them with potential clients.
5. Cancellation and modification
The terms and conditions for canceling or changing a reservation are determined solely by the host in question.
Customers are advised to refer to the terms and conditions of the establishment with which they made their reservation.
THE HOST cannot be held responsible for any issues related to a reservation, payment, or cancellation.
6. Awards
Any rates listed on the Site are for informational purposes only and may be changed at any time by the Hosts.
THE HOST does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the prices displayed, which are the sole responsibility of our partner accommodation providers.
7. Liability
THE HOST acts solely as a matchmaking intermediary.
The Company shall not be held liable for the quality of the services provided by the Hosts, nor for any incidents or damages that may occur during a stay.
The rental or service agreement is entered into directly between the Guest and the Host, without any involvement from THE HOST.

THE HOST does not handle requests for reservations, cancellations, or complaints related to a stay; these must be directed to the relevant Host.
9. Personal Information
The information collected when you use the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://www.thehost.place.
THE HOST is committed to complying with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
