Nestled in the heart of the Perche region of Sarthe, 2 hours from Paris, and renovated by the Hauvette & Madani design and architecture studio, Le Moulin has been designed with a warm and welcoming spirit, the result of a judicious balance between antique furniture, soft colors and noble materials.
This old and unusual vacation home has been designed to be fully privatized for tribes looking to escape, events, wellness retreats or photo shoots.

Nous avons trouvé ce sentiment d'évasion ici dans ce havre de paix du perche sarthois où au milieu coule une rivière.
Après un coup de cœur pour Le Moulin et un an de rénovation et de jardinage nous avons créé le lieu idéal pour se ressourcer et passer des moments inoubliables. Le Moulin et son jardin sont conçus pour vous, vos amis, vos enfants...»

A wonderful experience in this bucolic setting, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. A space between water and land, with a simple, natural feel and very appreciable comfort, refined, personal decor. The rooms are of the highest quality, especially the bedding, and the environment is very calm. The views are splendid, especially at sunrise, and so are the colors.
