Located between Pont-Aven and the most beautiful beaches of southern Finistère, Maison Roz is the perfect Breton getaway—ideal for large groups, families, or friends, and available for exclusive use for private seminars, wellness retreats, or photo shoots. Maison Roz features 5 double bedrooms and a children’s room, a kitchen that opens onto a beautiful living area, a cozy sitting room by the fireplace, an indoor pool, a sauna, a large sun-drenched terrace... and the freedom to let your imagination run wild.

A boat ride from the port of Roz-bras, just a minute’s walk from the house; long hikes along the GR34 trail, which you can access right from the garden; great restaurants in Pont-Aven and the surrounding area; lazy days on the idyllic beaches of southern Finistère; a trip to Les Glénans and a visit to the Pont-Aven Museum, which traces the fascinating history of the painters of the Pont-Aven School.

Overlooking the Aven River in southern Finistère, Maison Roz is a vacation home designed by Wunder Architectes. Inspired by the history of Pont-Aven, it blends contemporary design, Breton craftsmanship, and artistic references into a setting thoughtfully curated with great sensitivity. I loved the view—one you never tire of—the long conversations on the terrace, the indoor pool, and the attention to every last detail. A place that exceeds expectations, and one I was already dreaming of returning to as I left.
