Just 3 hours from Paris and 1 hour from Bordeaux, Villa Gardénia invites you to enjoy a timeless getaway in the heart of Arcachon’s “Winter City.” Built in 1892, this iconic Arcachon landmark was fully renovated in 2025, preserving the spirit of the place while offering the contemporary comforts of a luxury guesthouse.
Designed to be rented out exclusively, the villa is the ideal place to gather with family, friends, or colleagues. Its spacious living areas encourage shared moments, while its 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms ensure everyone’s privacy.
Set in a peaceful setting overlooking the pine forest and elegant 19th-century villas, enjoy a spacious, tree-lined garden with a pool, outdoor sauna, and fire pit with a griddle. A rare place where you can reconnect, slow down, and create memories—just like at home… only better.
