About us
Located in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, Mas Les Vignes is an authentic Cévennes farmhouse, nestled in the heart of nature, with no neighbors in sight and no disturbances. The farmhouse offers an exceptional setting of peace and space, while remaining just a few minutes from shops and the Génolhac train station. Mas Les Vignes consists of two separate houses arranged around a charming inner courtyard. The layout is ideal for vacations with family or friends, or for sharing a stay while preserving everyone’s privacy. The large garden is a true natural oasis: typical Cévennes hedgerows, a spring, landscaped areas, and a superb natural swimming pool perfectly integrated into the surroundings. A place perfect for relaxation, contemplation, and long summer evenings.

TO VISIT
Lake Villefort, a beautiful lake for swimming or kayaking. Mont Lozère, for magnificent hikes. Some wonderful hidden swimming spots.
TO TASTE
La Guinguette du Bout du Lac: a lovely lakeside café on the shores of Lake Villefort, 20 minutes from the farmhouse. La Récré, our favorite spot in Les Vans, 45 minutes away.
TO SHOP
The Génolhac market on Saturday mornings, just 5 minutes away. La Guinguette wine shop for the best natural wines, 20 minutes away.
A word from our hosts
Six years ago, when we visited Mas Les Vignes, we fell in love with it immediately. The place exudes authenticity and serenity. We didn’t hesitate for a second: we bought it on the spot.
With all our love, energy, and expertise, we completely renovated the farmhouse. It became clear to us that this place had to be shared. We wanted to turn it into a haven of peace where everyone can relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy an authentic, harmonious, and inspiring setting.
