About us
Located in the Saint-Seurin neighborhood of Bordeaux, Maison Mandel offers a lively and welcoming village atmosphere, just a few minutes from the city center. Right around the corner, everyday amenities—a bakery, a poultry shop, neighborhood restaurants, a grocery store, and a bus stop—set the simple rhythm of daily life.
Behind its façade, the house reveals a unique character. The colors are soft, the materials warm, and every detail seems to have been chosen to create a sense of balance and harmony. A period-style glass roof lets in the light and marks the passing of time, while the 60-square-meter terrace extends those moments, bridging the indoors and outdoors.
