About us

In the heart of Hyères, Lilou is housed in a former mansion reimagined by interior architects Haddou-Dufourcq. Behind its 19th-century façade, the hotel features 37 rooms where classic motifs, contemporary art, and warm colors harmonize with the city’s history. Guests come here for its homey atmosphere, the cuisine of Chef Paul-Emile Merlin, its wine cellar featuring over 550 selections, and its ideal location for exploring Hyères and the Var coastline.

ROOMS
