About us
Nestled in the hills of the Perche Regional Nature Park in Montgaudry, Le Val Gaudry spans over 4 private hectares. This elegantly renovated 19th-century farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Its bright interiors preserve the original terracotta tiles, exposed beams, and fine materials, while the glass-enclosed winter garden opens onto a vast wooded park. Available for exclusive rental for groups of 12 or more, or by the room, the house adapts to every type of stay. A heated pool and wooded grounds invite relaxation and quality time together. Spacious rooms and a refined atmosphere make the estate a timeless retreat, just 2 hours from Paris.

Visit the village of La Perrière and the town of Bellême; go for a bike ride in the Bellême Forest (electric bikes available for rent); take a horse-drawn carriage ride in La Perrière and the Bellême Forest; explore the many flea markets; visit the Montligeon Chapel; and check out the market in Mortagne-au-Perche on Saturday mornings.

Dinner at Oiseau Oiseau or Les Pieds dans l'eau, lunch at La Verticale in Bellême, or dinner at Sauge in Réveillon. Sample the Trèfle du Perche cheese or Emeline Aubry’s pâté en croûte.
