About us

Where land meets water, La Grenouillère is a contemporary retreat conceived by two-Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Gauthier. Formerly a ferryman’s house on the banks of the Canche River, it blends the rustic charm of an early 20th-century building with two glass-and-steel structures designed by Patrick Bouchain. With its bold architecture, ever-present nature, and instinctive cuisine, La Grenouillère is a realm of free expression, where every dish tells the story of the marshes, dunes, and seasons of the Opal Coast. An intimate, vibrant, and radical place, just like its chef.

ROOMS

LODGES

At La Grenouillère, the 14 guest rooms feel like sanctuaries. In the historic farmhouse, rustic charm blends seamlessly with understated elegance. In the garden, rustic huts open to the natural surroundings offer a unique experience of privacy. Just a short walk away, the suites at the Maison de la Source invite you to relax in contemporary comfort, in close harmony with the landscape. A way of life in freedom, in tune with the rhythm of the place.
