La Foleia

Foleia takes its name from the Latin root of " follia," evoking madness and excess. Designed by two architects, the property was born from the bold transformation of an oak forest into an exceptional estate, centered around a botanical garden and a 4,000-square-meter water feature, fed by a private natural spring connected to the Ticino River.

On either side of the lake, two twin villas are reflected in the water. The Villa Ottagonale, with its octagonal layout, and the Villa Padiglione, a neoclassical pavilion with a staircase leading directly down to the lake, each accommodate up to four adults. Surrounding them, a carefully designed secret garden envelops the property in a timeless atmosphere, completely shielded from the outside world.
